Programming, design, tendering and construction of a laboratory to test water quality of runoff, river water, and ROPEC effluent.

The laboratory facility was constructed as a self-contained space within an existing 2 storey warehouse, to relocate a laboratory located elsewhere on the site. The design incorporates advanced mechanical systems to serve lab functions and ventilate the space. The scope of services included the following:

  • Design services
  • Contract document preparation
