Planning, design and implementation of a new food processing facility in the small Québec town of Rigaud for an international corporation. The facility prepares, packages, and ships individual meals for use in the airline and similar industries.

This project involved rigid agriculture standards, strict environmental controls, and special functional layouts using a design/build methodology. Intensive research was undertaken to prepare for the accommodation of the latest in food storage and processing technology and the state-of-the-art finishes and systems which were employed.

From inception to commencement of operation, this project was completed in 10 months, under rigid cost constraints.
